At Archie Comics Shop, we want you to love your Riverdale-inspired gear as much as Jughead loves burgers. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
